Payment Terms

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

If payment is made five days early, you receive a $10 discount off the monthly rate. If payment is made after the 3rd of the month there is a late charge of $20.00 and $5 per day each day thereafter until payment is made.

A $35 fee is charged for a Non-sufficient funds (NSF)  or check returned by bank.  If one NSF check is received, you may only pay with cash.
