Refunds

Upon acceptance of your rental application, a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent and your first monthly rental payment is due. The security deposit is refundable at checkout upon satisfactory inspection of your room.

You must provide 30 days notice upon vacating the premises. You are still responsible for a full month's rent if you provide less than 30 days notice of your departure.
