Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority is given to applicants who stay a minimum of three months.

You can make a reservation request (dependent on availability) which will be added to our reservations calendar after your application has been accepted.

Upon acceptance of your application, your first monthly rental payment is due. We also collect a Security Deposit which may be equal to one month's rent, which is refundable at checkout upon satisfactory inspection of your room and assigned areas.

You must provide 30 days notice before vacating the premises. You are still responsible for a full month's rent if you provide less than 30 days notice of your departure.
