• Private 1/2, 3/4, and full bath rooms: $545, $565, and $645 per month
• Rooms with private entrance from outside: $515-$535 per month
• Economy Rooms: $495 per month
• Standard: $515 per month
• Deluxe: $525-$645 per month
• Regent $645-$995 per month

Rental Costs

• A Security Deposit equal to one month's rent
• Private Room (single occupancy per room): $495-$665 per month
• Regent $645-$995 per month
  

Payment methods accepted include Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks.
If one (1) Non-Sufficient (NSF) Funds check are returned by the bank, you may pay only with cash.
