Housing Services

Located near Seattle in Des Moines, Federal Way, and Tacoma areas are available for shared housing. All of them are fully furnished houses that have at least four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

Some of the houses have as many as six rooms and three full bathrooms or private rooms with their own bathrooms. A few rooms also have convenient separate outside entrances. There are ample parking space for tenants with vehicles. All utilities including gas, electricity, garbage, water, sewer, cable TV access, high speed Internet connection and coin-operated washer/dryer are included in one rental price.

Priority is given to applicants who stay a minimum of three months. We require at least three (3) character references, a security deposit, and compliance with our basic house rules, i.e. no smoking, no drugs, no pets. We also may require tenant screening including credit reports and background checks.
